Outside of work, he is involved actively in environmental and community causes, including beach clean-ups and sustainability initiatives, he believed that leadership goes beyond titles, it’s reflected in how we care for the world around us.

His coaching philosophy is grounded in authenticity, presence, and intentionality. Leadership, to Raghu, is less about position and more about awareness, alignment, and conscious action.
